Services and Complaint
Our service is only for research use, not for diagnostic purposes. False ordering is not declinable and therefor please fill in the order form carefully. In case of failure, please, send an email to the following address (oligo@elisabeth.cz) with the ordering number.
Please, check the delivered products and invoice immediately after delivery. If you did not send email in 2 hours after receipt it in case of failure, we cannot accept your complaint.
This ordering is not a web-based purchasing because of its unique aspects.
Payment
There is a possibility to pay by credit card or via bank transfer. For payment by credit card, we will forward you to the page of our bank. The EUR price will be converted to CZK.
In case of payment via bank transfer, we will send you an invoice together with ordered oligos.
Invoicing and shipment
Please, fill the following data:
- exact delivery address,
- invoicing address,
- EU VAT Register number of your workplace,
- your name,
- your contact e-mail and phone (for shipping company).
Your ordered items will be delivered by Czech post in 3-5 working days.
